		<description>This will bear watching.  Recall that in the Morse case (aka &quot;Bong Hits 4 Jesus&quot;) the esteemed Justice Thomas held that students have no rights to violate.  I&#039;ll have to read Kravitz&#039;s opinion before I say much more, but it&#039;s not like he&#039;s alone in his views even if we assume the worst.

fwiw, and just in case it&#039;s not clear, I think the judge and school are morally and legally in the wrong, Wrong, WRONG on this.  But it doesn&#039;t really matter what we little folk think these days what with the likes of the High Bench we&#039;ve got these days.</description>
