Well, I’m going to go with heart instead of logic and predict the Panthers as Super Bowl winners today, 14-13. I have to hope that despite a couple of field-goal heroics, two touchdowns by the Panthers will be enough and the radically boring, crab-walk offense of the Patriots will not become established as a permanent trend in the NFL…

Update: How, when given that many chances to win that game can Carolina miss TWO two-point conversions? And how can Kasay not boot one simple kickoff IN-BOUNDS? That was most likely all that was needed to save that game? UnbeLIEVable. I guess I get to look forward to a steady diet of Patriot football for the rest of my days (assuming I can bring myself to ever watch again!)…
